Late Cancellation Fee	Within 3 business days of session = Full cost of session
Facility Fee	Cost + 10%
**Based upon individual fee agreements with the Selected Mediator. Fee agreements reflect the type of case and the professional credentials necessary to mediate various types of disputes.
CoMA requires a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file to secure dispute resolution fees This fee schedule applies to Med-Arbitration when parties are required to Mediate and unanimously elect Med-Arbitration. Mediation Fees are due 3 business days prior to session. Outstanding balances payable to CoMA are subject to a compounding monthly interest rate of 2%. The Fee Agreement Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated into this Fee Schedule upon filing for services with CoMA.
